Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WallCraft Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

User Content

You retain all rights to the wallpapers you create using the App. You may use your created wallpapers for personal use, share them, or use them however you wish.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are:

Processed through Apple's App Store
Subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
Non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies

Premium features are unlocked with a one-time purchase and do not require a subscription.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
