These terms apply to all apps by Andy Arevalo including: OnTime Speaker Pro, OnStage Timer Pro, Not Another Twin Calculator, Not Another Stage Timer, Duse – Habit Tracker, ThermoTimer, Student Guardian, CareLedger, and future releases.

1.1 CareLedger - Healthcare Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: CareLedger is a personal health tracking tool designed for individual and family use. This app is NOT HIPAA compliant and should NOT be used by healthcare providers, covered entities, or for any purpose requiring HIPAA compliance.

Your data is stored locally on your device. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee protection meeting healthcare industry standards.

This app does not provide medical advice. Information displayed in CareLedger (including AI-generated medication education) is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.

2. Use of the Apps

You may use our apps for personal or professional purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse engineering or decompiling
• Modifying apps or accessing source code
• Bypassing security measures
• Unauthorized copying or distribution
• Unlawful use

3. User-Generated Data

You are responsible for data accuracy and maintaining backups. We do not access, store, or transmit your content unless you choose to export it.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Payments are handled solely by Apple using your Apple ID. We do not collect billing information. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.

Andy Arevalo is not liable for any loss of data or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of our apps.

All branding, icons, features, and design elements belong to Andy Arevalo and cannot be redistributed without permission.

We may suspend access for violations. You may discontinue use by deleting the apps.
